A Sommelier Deathmatch is a dinner party where two sommeliers are presented with a menu and make wine selections to see who has the best pairing. Dinner party guests vote for a wine for each course, and an overall winner is declared!
A deathmatch dinner party, minimally of a cocktail and three courses to pair with wines.
The total for the three wines the Sommelier chooses must not exceed $75.
The Sommeliers will each get the same menu information, including a list of primary ingredients.
No personal preferences should be considered in the pairings.
